Return & Refund Policy

At LIFTED 12:32, every item is made to order specifically for you. Because each product is produced on demand, we ask that you carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

Returns

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse

  • Preference changes

  • Accidental orders

Please refer to our size charts before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we will gladly make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund, as appropriate.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with our shipping partners to investigate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

LIFTED 12:32 is not responsible for packages that are delayed by the shipping carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already entered production or shipped, LIFTED 12:32 cannot guarantee a refund or replacement. Additional shipping charges may apply if a replacement order is requested.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for your financial institution to process the refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product.

Order Cancellations

Because orders begin processing shortly after they are placed, cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible.

Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
